At Grillo’s Chop & Barrel, we seek to provide the highest quality meats and whiskeys so our customers can enjoy the finer things in life. By providing Certified Hereford Beef, we have no doubt you will enjoy our menu items.

We make our own brats, burgers, and sausage in-house to ensure our customers are getting the highest quality. We don’t sell anything we wouldn’t want to put on our own grill.

Our Story

Mike & Lindsey Grillo opened Chop & Barrel in September of 2020 with the vision to pair two of their favorite things together, fine meats and good whiskey. Our store reflects that vision and we aim to provide all of our customers with a unique experience.

Mike and his family live in Lake St. Louis and are excited to be able to offer a high quality local business to the community.

Grillo's is a great place to swing by for some meat and drinks. They carry a very good variety and the owners are super nice people. Support your local small business and get a better product than you do for the bigger chains. They have whiskey, wine, beer, meat, and spices. They have both fresh and packages frozen meats.
